overall it was pretty good, the interview process was smooth, and I had chill conversations with the interviewers, they were very nice. they were slow with replies and I did not get much feedback. it was one of the better experiences but I do wish they tested my technical skills more, I only ran through some basic python scripts. they had lots of applications so I don’t know how they differentiated people.

The interview process felt unfocused and lacked clear direction. While the initial recruiter contact was engaged and seemed invested, subsequent interactions with other team members were disorganized and uncoordinated, as if different people weren't aware of what others were doing.

A recruiter reached out. I had a phone call that lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. The person I spoke with seemed mostly interested in my background, skills, and experience. It felt like a casual conversation. Although, I now realize the process might have changed and they usually ask standard software development questions. These questions are pretty direct, but I definitely suggest having clear, concise answers ready. The interviewer might also go quiet after you answer, which is a common interview tactic (don't let it freak you out!). Honestly, I don't think that silence thing works well for phone interviews since you can't see them and get no feedback, sometimes making you wonder if you're still connected.
