There were six questions in total during the interview. One question was about my GPA, and the others were behavioral questions that assessed my understanding of the Edison Engineering Program. I was given 30 seconds to think before answering each question, and I had 2 minutes to provide my response.

The interview process was streamlined and efficient, much better than most other aerospace companies. GE's process took about three weeks total from application to offer. It included a phone screening with a recruiter, a discussion with the hiring manager, a few short interviews with HR, Sr. Managers, and team members, and a final short discussion with the hiring manager. An offer was presented a week later.

I had 3 interviews in total. One was recorded, another was a video call, and the last one was with HR. It took about a month between the first and second interview. It was a pretty good experience overall. They asked me about my background and some technical stuff about material science and mechanical engineering.
