Recruitment Consultant
Toni called me to discuss recruitment and the company. We reviewed my resume to see how my skills would transfer. Toni then scheduled my first interview with the VP business leader and gave me pointers on what to focus on. I got a realistic view of the job, including the long hours and the hard work needed for success, which I appreciated. While I ultimately chose a role more aligned with my degree, I believe this company has integrity.
- Can you share your transferable skills that would allow you to succeed in a high-paced sales setting?
Recruitment Consultant
Formal three stage process where I met multiple stakeholders in the business who gave me an idea of what it was to work here. I felt comfortable to ask probing questions about the type of place it was to work and aspects such as investment in candidate acquisition. Based on my experience here, these were very honest answers.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What makes you want to leave your current job?
- What skills or value will you contribute?
Recruiter
standard interview with little knowledge of the company. Told me I could come up and see the offices but then said she wasn't going to. She left half way through the interview for a phone call that took 10 minutes. She then gave me feedback the next day that my phone buzzed in my bag which was apparently "very unprofessional for an interview".
- What is your primary motivator?
