The interview process started with a phone screening by a recruiter. Then, there was a coding interview with the hiring manager and another front end developer. The coding interview felt rushed and unprepared, as they asked for a React app despite only mentioning having an IDE ready. This made me question their process and product dedication. After the interview, I didn't hear back for a week. I emailed the recruiter, and it took another week for them to respond with a generic email. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Behavioral Coding Presentation

Pretty simple interview process. Had a video screening with the recruiter where they asked basic questions like the difference between a class and an object. Then, I interviewed with some engineers. They gave me a code tracing exercise, asked me to do some sorting, and also a binary search question. Finally, there was a project showcase. Everyone was very friendly. Make sure you know the Pillars of OOP.

Behavioral

First you talk to a recruiter who asks behavior questions and questions about your resume. Then you meet the HR manager and the supervisor of the department. It was a great experience, the building was beautiful and modern, and the people were very welcoming. It was very organized, and they really emphasized needing an A player. If you don't like teamwork or a family atmosphere, this is not the place for you. They offer great benefits and a very competitive salary.
