The interview process started with a phone screening, followed by the main Zoom interview. I was interviewed by a panel of two people. They asked standard questions, but I'm not sure what they were looking for because I felt I was well-qualified. I suspect they chose another candidate because I don't have experience in the gas industry. It would have been better if they had just told me that instead of wasting my time.

I had a phone interview with the recruiter first, and then I got an email for a second round which I scheduled. However, after a week, the recruiter told me I was rejected and the second interview email was a system error. While I understand companies want to find great candidates efficiently, it's important to show respect to all applicants. I feel upset not because I was rejected, but because I spent a whole week preparing, reaching out to people to learn about the company, and they didn't respect my time. If a company doesn't respect applicants' time, how can they respect clients? Hope they fix the system error quickly and stop 'cheating' people.

I had an initial phone screening with HR and was asked questions all from other peoples' interviews listed ( so I would expect them when preparing). Then a week later I had a virtual interview with 2 employees with a series of 25 questions. Some were repetitive from the HR screening, some were common questions, and some were difficult and thought-provoking. I was a little disappointed at a few random/uncommon questions they knew no one would be expecting, instead of just having a conversation. But everyone I talked to was cool and casual. They seem to really care about what kind of person they hire that would fit in with their morals. It seems like everyone loves working there for the people.
