Behavioral Technical

We started with a non-technical telephonic call with HR to discuss your key skills for the role, your previous organisation's notice period and salary, and your expectations. Then, there were three video interviews. The first was a technical round with the hiring manager and a subject matter expert, focusing on your domain knowledge and core skills, your past roles, responsibilities, achievements, and a detailed discussion about the new job. The second was a management round with a division head, focusing on your behavioral and management skills, your short and long-term goals, career aspirations, and motivation for switching. The third was an HR round with an HR leader, heavily focused on behavioral skills and your salary and other expectations.

So I had 2 phone rounds initially, and then 3 in-person rounds. After that, they mentioned they were going with an internal candidate. It's crazy because I still haven't gotten my travel reimbursement even after chasing them. They're totally unreachable by email or phone, super unprofessional.

There were 3 rounds in total. The first two rounds were technical, and the last one was with HR. The first technical round was really good and totally aligned with the job profile, with all questions focusing on technical aspects, the product, and how concepts are applied. The second round, which was with leaders, was focused on experience. The HR round was quite interesting, and I liked the questions they asked, leading to a good discussion. Overall, it was a great experience.
