Started with submitting my resume on the Garrett portal. Then had two interview rounds. First was a technical discussion with the Engineering manager. The next interview was with HR, where I briefly introduced myself and talked about my work experience, especially my last position. The whole process was very clear and transparent with good communication. I'll get the final offer letter after all the internal various approvals.
