Intern
Garrett's interview process generally has three parts. First, there's an online assessment or technical screening with aptitude questions and stuff about AI, Python, and other basic tech topics. Second, a technical HR interview where they'll ask about your resume, projects, internships, Java coding (like JDBC), DSA, OOP, and other tech concepts. Lastly, a general HR interview focusing on behavioral questions, family background, and personality.
- Can you write Java code for a Train Ticket Booking System that uses JDBC connectivity and prints the ticket in a proper format?
Intern
The whole process had three rounds, first was an online assessment with MCQs on aptitude, cloud, Java/Python code, pseudo-code and AI basics. Then there was a Technical HR round focusing on my resume, academics, projects, and CS subjects like OS, DBMS, Networks, OOP. Lastly, a General HR round with behavioral and situational questions for communication, cultural fit, and teamwork assessment.
- I was asked to write and explain an SQL query using Joins.
- I was asked to implement a HashMap and describe its internal working.
- I was asked about fundamental concepts of cloud computing, along with questions about the cloud services I have practically used.
Intern
So first there was an HR chat, then a technical interview. After that, we had a group panel interview where everyone on the panel asked questions related to their expertise. They covered heat transfer basics and some PCB stuff.
- Can you explain the entropy change for both reversible and irreversible systems?
- What is Kirchoff's Voltage Law?
- Describe the flow arrangement in a PCB.
