First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Garnet Health.
Registered Nurse
Had an interview with HR where typical interview questions were asked, then met with two floor managers. Had to take a physical fitness test and a nursing test with HR before I could start.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Registered Nurse
I applied for multiple jobs, but the recruiter said she wouldn't submit my application for some roles even though I was qualified. I eventually got an interview, though not for the department I was really hoping for. The person who interviewed me was great and the interview itself went really well. After that, I didn't hear back for over a month, even though I sent emails.
- Tell me about a time you disagreed with someone. How did you resolve it, and what was the outcome?
Registered Nurse
The interview process was very friendly, a board interview with very easy and nice staff. It was a board interview with several members from each department. Everyone was open and laid back in their questioning.
- What makes you want to work at this organization?
