So first I had a behavioral interview with the supervisor, then a technical interview with multiple questions about sql server and complex data models. The last interview was meeting the team and they asked me questions.

This is a lengthy process, taking at least a month. The background check is the most time-consuming part. You'll also need to provide a urine sample. The application itself is quite extensive, and they will contact three of your references.

The process is very long and it can take a while to hear back. It's recommended to keep applying for other positions as it might take years to get hired. The company states they receive over 300 applications per day, and that's after their system filters out unqualified candidates. The actual interview was straightforward, covering general questions and your background. After the interview and an offer, you'll need to complete a drug screening, background check, and health screening.

After submitting my application online, which included a personality quiz, and agreeing to a background check and drug test, I was contacted by HR to set up an interview. The HR department was very friendly and helpful. On the interview day, five of us who were interviewing for similar roles were brought together and then called in one by one to talk about our qualifications. The questions asked were fair, and I felt comfortable talking with the interviewers. It was a good experience overall.
