I went through a tech interview, which included an easy SQL question related to their product model, and a product discussion on the same topic. It was all pretty straightforward and helped me understand the business needs. The recruiter and interviewer were friendly and gave good context and understanding.

We had a call with an internal recruiter, then a super easy statistical chat with a data scientist. After that, there was an easy in-person SQL coding challenge with a data scientist which involved basic join, group by, and dealing with NULLs. The final stage was three interviews with the three data team heads. The first two interviews focused on problem solving and going through my experiences, and the last one was a behavioral interview for culture fit, including lots of questions about giving and receiving feedback.

I did a first round HR interview. It was fine, but left the interview thinking I probably don't want to work there. The interviewer mentioned that most people at the company work more than 40 hours per week. More than 3 weeks has gone by and they didn't follow up. I assume they also felt it wasn't a good fit, but it would have been decent of them to communicate that.
