Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process is split into three parts: first, an HR/Recruiter call, then a Technical interview, and finally an On-Site interview. They also want a reference from your current manager if an offer is extended, which made me feel uneasy. I was asked directly about my current salary during the first round, and overall it wasn't a great experience.

Behavioral Technical

It was a half hour phone screen with the recruiter, then an hour long zoom call with the hiring manager. After that, I had a half day on site interview with the team and hiring manager. HR was usually kinda slow getting back to me between the interviews.

Behavioral Coding

The interview was pretty straightforward. First, there were some basic behavioral questions like "Why Garmin?" and "Tell me about a time something didn't go as planned." They wanted to see how I'd react to different situations. After that, I had a coding challenge, which was quite simple and direct.
