It was a very technical interview, which I expected. The interviewer was super nice and asked questions that were tough but doable. Some questions were about Solidworks and some were behavioral. It all worked out well.

I applied online, and HR contacted me a couple weeks later to set up a 30-minute behavioral interview. This first interview was just a standard discussion of my experience, strengths, and weaknesses. After that, HR got back to me to schedule a one-hour technical interview with two team leads. However, a few days before that technical interview, I got a call from the recruiter saying they were canceling it because they had already filled the position. The initial recruiter mentioned openings in other departments, so I reached out again to ask about those. I followed up with the recruiters several times, but they never responded or confirmed if all the internship roles were filled. I'm really disappointed with how the whole thing was handled and the lack of communication from their recruiting team.

I met a recruiter at a job fair first. Then, about 2 weeks after that, I got an email to apply on their website and set up a phone interview. It took them another week to get back to me on that same email. The recruiter asked me about challenges I've faced and other resume-related things. The whole thing took about 3 weeks, and the interview itself was about 45 minutes.
