The interview process was broken down into stages, with people being eliminated along the way. It was very dynamic, fun, and witty. It was a good experience, sometimes you even forgot it was an interview. It's a nice way to bring out everyone's creativity and strengths.

The whole process was super fast, and honestly, I didn't get asked a ton of questions, which kind of threw me off a little. I felt like I had to drive the conversation a lot of the time, but hey, that's okay. They mostly focused on consumer goods.

The interview was about 45 minutes long. You gotta be careful with how you answer stuff because the interviewer twisted my words. I said I liked working from home because I wasn't micromanaged and could be creative. But he summarized it as me not liking being managed and not liking teamwork. Not sure how he got that, so it was a pretty weak interview process.
