There were 5 rounds of interviews. The first round had assessment math/problem-solving questions and essay questions. The second round was more of a behavioral interview to understand your fit and commitment to the company. Overall, it wasn't too difficult, but you definitely need to prepare and have a strong interest in gaming.

Behavioral Case

It was a pretty standard hiring process. I spoke with a recruiter first, then the hiring manager, then the manager's manager, and finally an executive before getting an offer. They asked the usual personality and situational questions.

Technical Behavioral

I passed the first cognitive test, which took about an hour. It included Raven matrices, logical reasoning, and an open-ended question about what kind of Youtuber I'd want to be and how I'd market myself. The second stage was with the HR recruiter, who was extremely unprofessional. Near the interview time, she told me she had to delay because she was caught up in a meeting. After I agreed, she said she was still in the meeting and then needed to use the washroom before joining the call. I don't need to know all those details, but I wish HR respected my time because I only got interviewed AFTER WAITING FOR NEARLY AN HOUR. During the interview, the HR asked a lot of questions that didn't even concern the job, like 'if you spend most of your time at home, how do you spend time with your boyfriend?' Is that relevant? The HR wasn't friendly and seemed arrogant while being unprofessional, asking personal questions and being late. You might think being passionate about games gives you an edge, but the HR wasn't passionate about games herself and basically said it was just a plus. I'm not sure how true that is since I brought up many terms related to gaming business models, but I don't think she understood them.
