It was a really fast process, about 1 week per stage, and lasted for roughly 4 weeks total. I submitted my CV at a campus job fair and got offered an interview. The process included a logic and personality test, an HRD&User Interview, a Focus Group Discussion, a Role play, a Regional Manager Interview via Skype, and finally a Fit n Proper Test with Salary Negotiation. My advice is that English skills are needed for every test, and you should thoroughly research the company and your specific job position.

A few days after applying, I was contacted for a call. They told me they would let me know in a few days if I would get an interview. Days passed, I asked, and they said they hadn't decided yet and asked me to give them a few more days. More days passed, I asked again and they didn't say anything. I don't know if I was rejected or if they paused the process to prioritize other openings, but instead of ghosting they should respond. I was very excited about interviewing at Garena, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. It's understandable that companies get hundreds of applicants and have various processes, but an email, even a generic message, wouldn't hurt.

First up was a phone interview, then some inhouse psychometric tests, and after that, two rounds of interviews. They used gmat for a data sufficiency test, a logic test where I had to estimate the consumption of coke in SG, and a creative test: suggest improvements for pokemonGo, 5 used of paperclips, what is something that you share with your dad but not your mum. Problem was only one interviewer was present each time and unsure of how they can overcome interview biases
