I applied online and got a call the very next day for an interview. It wasn't much of an interview; I just told them the basics about myself and all they did was explain the job and the long hours. They didn't explicitly say I got the job, but they called the next day saying they pushed my paperwork through, so I'm assuming I got it. It's been two weeks and the background check still isn't complete. I called, and they said it can take a while, but as soon as it comes back, they'll call me to schedule a drug test so I can start ASAP.

It was an in-person interview. They asked about my background for security reasons. Also asked if I was ever fired, and if so, why. They asked if I can lift over 50 lbs and if I have any medical problems like with walking, lifting, or vision.

went over duties and hiring process. Asked normal questions nothing particular stood out besides level of security to get in to building. Compensation was lacking and company seemed ok to do bare minimum of legal requirements.
