The interview process was really easy and went smoothly. I went into a back room, and we talked about what the company culture is like, what tasks I'd be doing, and any retail experience I had.

Behavioral

The interview felt pretty laid-back, focusing on personal stuff, your interests, and what you'd contribute to the team. Lots of fashion-related questions, which makes sense. The follow-up was kinda weird though. The manager said during the interview that it's a good idea to call if you don't hear back after a few weeks. So, I didn't hear anything for a while, and I called to follow up. The manager told me I passed her "test" because she was keeping track of who actually followed her advice.

Group

It was a group interview which I was unaware of beforehand. I was the oldest there at 25, the rest were students. I was very qualified but it was hard to get any one on one interview time. I got the feeling they were looking specifically for students/less experienced workers so they could train them in a specific way / have them be very flexible with hours.
