The interview felt pretty laid-back, focusing on personal stuff, your interests, and what you'd contribute to the team. Lots of fashion-related questions, which makes sense. The follow-up was kinda weird though. The manager said during the interview that it's a good idea to call if you don't hear back after a few weeks. So, I didn't hear anything for a while, and I called to follow up. The manager told me I passed her "test" because she was keeping track of who actually followed her advice.

It was an easy interview, I was asked basic retail associate questions. Another manager from a different location was assisting with the hiring. She was very nice. The actual manager was easy to work with, and expected good performance for their store.

The interview process was quick and very simple, and it felt pretty informal like I over dressed. The posted pay range was $24-$28 an hour but the manager said the actual pay was $21-25, which was kinda misleading. I’m pretty certain my questioning of that is what didn’t get me a callback.

The interview process went very well and the interviewers were very nice. We talked a lot about the company and the struggles certain stores have had in the past, and what I can strive to structure and organize the stores' atmosphere.
