I applied through a job board and got an email invite to schedule a 30-min phone interview via Calendly, first come first served. They said I'd hear back in 1-2 days about the next steps, but I didn't. A few days later, with other offers on the table, I followed up. The recruiter asked about my other offers but didn't update me on my Gap application. Two weeks later, after I'd already accepted another job, I got an automated rejection. It was annoying how they selectively responded. The recruiter seemed nice initially, but then they ghosted. Really unimpressed with Gap recruiting's communication and disorganization.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Considering the last two roles on your resume, which one do you feel provided the best preparation for this role at Gap and explain your reasoning.
  • Describe an instance where you took initiative or independently found a solution.
  • What is your motivation for applying to Gap?
