The application process was online, then there was a virtual interview that checked communication skills, role clarity, and availability. It was pretty simple and organized. The chat was about basic role understanding, how good your communication is, your availability, and if you are keen to learn, not about technical stuff. Overall, it was easy and clear.

So first I had to do this really long questionnaire thing, which was a lot. Then they had this virtual interview, but it was super quick and felt like they were rushing. After the interview, they kept bugging me to send back the questionnaire, even though we'd already talked. The weirdest part was getting an acceptance email even though I never sent it back. The whole thing felt really messy and unprofessional, like they didn't know what was going on or where I was in the process. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this company based on how it went.

There's usually a call, either voice or video, with HR. They mostly wanna know about communication, check your motivation with behavioral questions, and confirm your availability and working hours. Common stuff they ask: Tell me about yourself, why UI/UX design, why GAO Tek, your availability, working hours, and if you're cool with an unpaid internship. They'll also ask about teamwork, how you deal with deadlines, and your remote work style. No super deep technical stuff in this first chat.

You begin with submitting your application and resume. After they review and shortlist, you might do an assessment or aptitude test. Then comes the interview with a recruiter or panel (HR and technical people). They'll check your communication, behavioral, and technical skills with specific questions and see how you answer. Based on how you do, they'll compile feedback and evaluations to choose the right person. If you're picked, you'll get an offer and negotiate. Before you start, they'll do a background and reference check. Lastly, they'll make their final decision based on your experience, skills, and if you fit the company culture.
