Behavioral Technical

After I applied, they sent me an email to complete a questionnaire and schedule a Skype interview. The interview was audio-only on Skype and included answering some basic, easy questions about my interest in HR and my current job. They also assessed my writing skills by asking me questions on Skype to answer. The interview was about 20 minutes long. I received an offer, but I declined because I felt the process was too simple and suspicious.

  • What sparked your interest in HR?
  • Can you describe your current job?
