Behavioral Technical Case

I sent my resume and cover letter via email to HQ and got a call the next day from HR in Atlanta. We chatted for about 45 minutes for an intro interview. We talked about my background, why I want to work at Ganz, and what I know about the company. She was really nice and professional and super open about the job, even answering my questions about stuff I'd seen posted online. She then emailed me a two-page questionnaire about my sales style and experiences, which I filled out and sent back. She then passed my info to the hiring manager, who set up an interview with me. She drove 1 1/2 hours to meet me at a hotel, and we discussed my questionnaire, the job requirements, my concerns, and questions. She was nice but intense, friendly but not super warm. Most of the questions were hypotheticals and about job expectations. She said I'd hear back in three days if I got the job. I thought it went really well but was surprised I didn't get it.

Behavioral

I interviewed with a small, well-regarded company in the toy industry. The recruiter was great and mentioned a call to schedule a local interview. A couple days later, I got the call and the interview was set for the next week. The interviewer wasn't my direct manager, which was a bit strange. I was told I'd know by 6 PM that night if there would be a second interview the following day. The interviewer had Ganz products on her desk that I played with, but she didn't mention them during the interview.

Behavioral Technical

A recruiter called me and we chatted for about 30 minutes. Then she sent me a 2.5 page document with detailed questions. After that, the Sales manager contacted me. He was quite rude and asked if I still wanted to interview after saying he likes to 'push buttons'. I had to drive over 1.5 hours in New Jersey to get to his hotel. The interview was very direct, with no small talk. He rapid-fired questions at me and kept checking the clock, as he had another interview lined up right after mine.
