The interview process included a phone screen followed by an in-person interview. I haven't received any updates since then, and they keep reposting the job. I doubt their hiring intentions and suspect it's ghost hiring. Don't waste your time.

I interviewed with a small, well-regarded company in the toy industry. The recruiter was great and mentioned a call to schedule a local interview. A couple days later, I got the call and the interview was set for the next week. The interviewer wasn't my direct manager, which was a bit strange. I was told I'd know by 6 PM that night if there would be a second interview the following day. The interviewer had Ganz products on her desk that I played with, but she didn't mention them during the interview.

First, there was a phone call. Then, I had a face-to-face interview in my territory. The VP of sales hired me on the spot. A week later, I went to Atlanta for a 3-day training. The company has a really high turnover rate. None of my district or regional managers stayed the same during my time there. The 'training' gives you some materials and insights, but you'll be doing the job alone. Be prepared! Good luck!

First, there was an HR screen where they asked about my experience and my current job's responsibilities. Then, a technical interview involved checking controllers, 3D rendering graphics concepts, design patterns, and a C++ test on a real computer.
