Recruiter reached out online and the initial recruiter screening was fine. The next interview was a really bad experience. I waited online for 20 minutes and the interviewer never showed up. I emailed the recruiter right away and didn't hear back. Respecting job seekers' time is important. I've interviewed with other big tech companies and this has never happened before. Maybe this is what makes this company different (in a bad way) from others.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a recruiter call to discuss my background. They really stressed the importance of knowing financial topics, specifically forecasting, time series modeling and analysis, and A/B testing and analytics. After that, there was a take-home assessment with 6 questions – 4 were SQL-based and 2 were open-ended data analysis tasks. It's important to read the questions carefully because they can be a bit ambiguous. I missed one question and didn't move forward.
