The hiring process involved an initial chat with the recruiter, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager, and then two technical rounds with engineers. The whole thing took about a month, and I took the offer when it came.

So I interviewed here after the meme stock craze in January, since I invested a lot and wanted to help the company out. The process kicked off with some Leetcode-style problems on Karat, which was a bit odd. The problems were between easy and medium difficulty, and I passed even with suboptimal solutions. Next, I had an hour-long chat with the engineering manager, which seemed to go okay. Then, I talked to the Director of Web Product. This part didn't go well. She asked if I had experience with 'product teams,' which I'd never heard of in my decade in tech. My inability to answer led to hostile, one-word responses, and I got a quick rejection email from the recruiter afterward. Loved the stock, hated the interview.

So the whole thing was 3 phone calls and then like one in person interview. First one was just about my background and what I know. Then the next couple calls were all about like programming problems, guess a lot of people can't do the basic ones. The last interview was super technical, they wanted me to explain how to fix some of their current issues. They also threw in some general computer science stuff and easy problems just to see if I was paying attention.
