It was thorough but fast. I got a referral from someone who works there and the hiring supervisor contacted me fast. I had a long phone interview and then at least two in-person interviews. They had me check out the stores a lot before moving forward, which was a good move. The hiring supervisor was really smart, thoughtful, and paid close attention to detail during the hiring.

Behavioral Case

This was a detailed and lengthy interview process, really aiming to find the right person with a focus on leadership. It's important that the candidate can develop people at all levels and has the skills to source, recruit, and train. They also need to show they have strong coaching and accountability skills with a proven track record of success.

They said that after the group interview, all candidates would be contacted the following week to find out if they were moving forward. The next week passed without any calls. I called twice and left a message each time, but HR ghosted me. Really unprofessional.
