I interviewed with the manager at the store, who was chill, friendly, and responsible. Keep in mind that this might not be your experience, as other managers I've met seemed really strict. We went to the back office and talked about these things: why I wanted to join, why I'd be a good fit, my take on customer service, my take on the customers, how I'd deal with a tough situation, and my schedule. The manager made it super easy, like I was just chatting with a friend about whether I'd be good for a group project they were thinking about.

Behavioral Case

The interview process was easy and behavioral, more of a go with the flow situation. It was easy with straight-up questions. The first round was a phone call, the second was with the hiring manager, the third was a panel interview, and the fourth was with HR, followed by an offer or rejection.

I had an interview that involved two candidates at a time. Two managers interviewed me at the same time. They were unprofessional and seemed disengaged. They looked like they would rather be somewhere else. The questions were very vague and the manager moved on quickly.
