3D Artist
I got contacted on LinkedIn and we scheduled an interview. The interviewer was super late and then messaged saying she was WFH and had a blackout, so we rescheduled for the next week. After the interview, I got a test to finish in five days. I sent it back on time, but then heard nothing back. I asked HR twice and they ghosted me. Very unprofessional, especially since I lost so much time and didn't even get feedback.
- Tell me about your experience and the software you currently use.
3D Generalist
You can apply with your CV in English, which will be reviewed by the lead artists. If they think it's a good fit, one of HR will get in touch. After that, there's a home test and then a Skype chat with someone from HR, and another chat with one of the producers and a lead artist. They'll fill you in on the job details and you can ask them whatever you want to know about working here.
- The first interview is a simple discussion about yourself and your life: accademic path, past jobs, hobbies, where you live, your goals and expectations.
- The next interview is a technical conversation with lead artists: softwares used, past job experiences and so on
3D Character Artist
I had a first phone interview that felt rushed and not very thoughtful. After that, they asked me to do a free art test, which was supposed to take a few days. They also wanted the original files for the assignment. Once I submitted it, I got an automatic rejection email with no follow-up or feedback. It was just radio silence. I'd think twice before doing a free art test.
- Can you tell us about yourself and walk us through your career history?
- Could you provide an overview of your professional journey?
