The interview process included an online assessment with behavioral questions, followed by two phone interviews. The first phone interview was a rapid-fire round of behavioral questions where the interviewer wouldn't explain the questions, just repeat them, and it was designed to get to know you better without making you nervous. The second phone interview was similar, with more in-depth rapid-fire behavioral and situational questions, emphasizing clarity and conciseness. Finally, there was an in-person interview with the managing director to discuss the role.

I had 2 telephone interviews. The first was about 45 minutes, where they asked questions that you have to answer based on your first thoughts. The second interview was 60 minutes and they asked for examples. They seem to be looking for positive people, with empathy, who are active. My advice is to be honest because they ask the same things in different ways to check for consistency.

I'm not sure about the whole process yet. The initial test must have identified several skills. The interviewer was very cold, almost like a computer voice. I still need to find out more. I was told I would have a next phone interview and received an email to contact the interviewer. I'm waiting for a suitable time to make that call.
