Behavioral Other

After submitting my resume, I had to complete a questionnaire that took about 40 minutes. A few days later, I got an email to schedule an interview. The phone interview was quite unusual; the interviewer asked a lot of questions that I just had to answer without any follow-up or building on them. There were many yes/no and opinion questions, and the topics jumped around a lot, not really connecting to my past job experience or skills. The interview was recorded, so another person probably listened to it and made the decision, as this person just asked the questions.

Behavioral Other

I was working at Gallup part-time and heard about an interview from a coworker. I applied online via employee referral and heard back about 2 weeks later. I got a call with some basic questions, like if I was applying elsewhere, if I could commit to at least 3 months, if I could work full-time with some overtime, and how I'd prioritize their offer against other potential offers. About a week after that call, I was asked in for a test covering translation, writing, and presentation skills, plus a personality assessment. After the test, I had already accepted an offer from another firm.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was typical for other reviews. There were unusual behavioral questions and no feedback was given. During the interview, it felt like you were talking to a machine, not a person. Most questions are available on this site, so use them as a guide. However, it's hard to know what answers Gallup is looking for, so keep that in mind.
