Behavioral

I applied online and had to take the personality/behavioral test with all the other applicants. I moved on to the phone interview stage and got a call from someone at their call center. The phone interview was really similar to the online personality test, but more focused on how I'd act in a work setting. A lot of the questions were pretty open-ended/vague. Nothing specific about the job I applied for came up, and I wasn't allowed to ask the interviewer for clarification on any of the questions.

Behavioral Other

It was about 6 steps total. Started with an online personality test, then a phone interview, followed by another phone interview, then a third phone interview, then a skills assessment, and finally a face-to-face interview. They really wanted someone competitive, motivated, confident, and super sociable. If that's not you, don't even bother applying. The whole thing took about a month, but I'm starting soon!

Behavioral Other

The interview was basically a rapid fire of questions, some about my personality, some random, none that indicated the interviewer had even read my resume. Often the interviewer would not even pause for me to finish my answer; many YES or NO questions. I think the interview is designed to gauge your personality and make you nervous so as to eliminate lying.

  • Tell me what you usually do on your drive to work in the morning.
