I applied online and got an invite for a first phone interview pretty quickly, which was an hour long. The interviewer was nice, even though they were kind of strict about what they could say. I relaxed a bit and made some jokes, which seemed to help. It wasn't as intense as some reviews said. While prepping for behavioral questions isn't super helpful, it's good to have work examples ready. Other people's listed questions were useful to get an idea of what to expect, but you can only prep so much! The questions felt a bit random, and they repeated some (maybe to check consistency?). My advice: just be honest. They said they wanted to move forward to a second phone interview, which they said would be similar but deeper. An offer hasn't been made yet, but I'm still in the running.
- How do you prefer to be paid: performance-based or a regular salary?
- Are you someone people seek advice from? Can you share the last time someone asked you for advice and what you told them?
- Do you believe people do things for you because they like you? Provide an example.

Applied for the job and then had an online assessment. Next, there was a recorded telephone interview with 45 questions, super rushed. Watch out for talking too much, or the interviewer will cut you off, making it sound unprofessional. Then I was called to set up a second telephone interview, this time with 75 questions. It was like, 'Have you done this?' followed by 'Give me an example.' So, you gotta think fast and predict what they'll ask next. Didn't get an offer, got an email two days later saying I didn't meet their requirements. It's really hit or miss, so just be yourself.
- Are you good with numbers? Please provide an example.
- Have you studied management or psychological theories? Could you give me an example of a theory you follow?
- Have you ever faced a setback or experienced a loss? If so, can you provide an example?

I saw the job on Gallup's site and applied. A week later, I got an email to call their scheduling desk to set up a phone interview for the next week. During the phone interview, I was told I'd get about 45 mins of personality assessment questions (it ended up being just over 35 mins). I couldn't ask the interviewer to clarify questions, only to repeat them. I was also told to keep my answers short, and was reminded of this once early on. The interview was recorded. After this, I was told I'd hear back in a week, and might be invited for a second phone interview with more personality questions. If I passed that, there'd be a final in-person interview with a manager that was more conversational.
- How do you like to get paid, and should pay be based on performance?
- Are you a positive person?
- Do you like working with cynical people?
