The team was good, and the recruiter gave me some advice on how to prepare to make sure the sale went through. I also learned a bit about the products or services being sold.

Behavioral Other

Had one first round phone interview that was pretty straightforward. Mostly consisted of behavioral questions and questions about my resume. They also asked why AJG and why I was interested in sales. I then had a final round interview at the Itasca, IL headquarters. This consisted of three back to back 2on1 interviews. Really nice people who generally wanted to learn about you as a person and see if you would be a strong fit with Gallagher. Asked a few random questions, but nothing to panic about. Know about the company, and have a genuine strong interest in the industry.

Behavioral Technical

The process was really straightforward and simple. I first met someone from the company at a recruiting fair in the fall, and we arranged for a campus interview the next week. After that, they contacted me again to schedule an interview at their headquarters in Itasca. That one was quite challenging because it lasted three hours and involved meeting with four different groups of people. My best advice for anyone going through this is to speak genuinely and from the heart, and to ask thoughtful follow-up questions, though that's good advice for any interview. Overall, the process felt well-organized and moved along in a timely manner.
