First, there will be a brief chat with HR. Then, a communication round. Following that is the operational assessment. If you pass these, you're practically selected. There might be other rounds, or there might not be. It's advisable not to proceed if you have less than 3 years of experience, as I've seen candidates turned away before the interview even started.

First they had a group discussion, then a written test. After that, there was an HR round. The fourth round was with an operation manager, and if selected, I'd move to another round with a different operation manager. The last round wasn't an elimination round; it was to check MS Excel knowledge, and basic insurance and accounting questions.

The hiring and interview process involved a total of five distinct stages. It started with a phone call from HR, followed by two separate phone interviews with the hiring manager. The process then moved to an in-person component, which consisted of two rounds of interviews, first with a smaller group and then with a larger group of five interviewers. This detailed process was designed to assess candidates thoroughly.
