Case Manager
It was a conversational interview with many scenario-based questions. They were really nice and made me feel comfortable throughout. My best advice is to prepare for multiple scenario-based questions and think about how you've overcome challenges in the past.
- Tell me about a time when you had an overwhelming workload with a tight deadline and how you managed it.
Team Manager
Got a call from HR, who helped me set up the interview. She was nice. The first round went well and took a bit longer than expected. Then I had another round with Sr. Managers. It was bad. One manager seemed uninterested and asked random questions without waiting for answers. He was in a hurry and didn't seem to want to interview me. The other Sr. Manager was nice but quiet. HR told me I was rejected and was surprised. She mentioned the Sr. manager is weird and doesn't know what they want for the role.
- Can you describe your roles and responsibilities?
- Tell me about your achievements.
- What have you learned in your current organization?
Management Trainee
They wanted to get to know me. The questions were mostly about my CV, internship, and previous job experience. It was mainly personal questions to see if I'd fit in culturally.
- What are your career goals?
- Why are you interested in this company?
- How do you think you can contribute to our company?
