The interview process consisted of 4 rounds total: one initial phone call, followed by 3 team meetings. All the interviewers were very welcoming and focused on understanding your background and motivations. There were no unexpected or difficult questions asked during the process.

After applying, I was invited to an in-person interview. It was professional yet friendly. I was interviewed by a panel of 3 gentlemen. They each asked different questions and had copies of my resume. It sounded like a great internship program. They outlined that there would be a conference in Chicago, an end-of-summer project presentation, and shadowing opportunities throughout the internship. They really emphasized how they only wanted to take on interns really interested in coming on full time.
