Customer Service Representative
I had a 15-minute recruiter call, followed by a 45-minute panel interview. I got the offer the next day. It was super casual, and they didn't ask any STAR method questions. The hiring managers were really nice, and the conversations just flowed naturally. I didn't feel any awkwardness.

Customer Service Representative
I applied for a Customer Service job. They wanted me for another job that I wasn't interested in doing. They didn't tell me that until we were part way through the interview. It was confusing because they were asking me what I liked to do best and I said Customer Service. I think they thought I was over qualified for that job and needed a Benefit Analyst. I could have done the job but I felt burned out after doing a similiar job for many years. The other job included both Customer Service and Benefit Analysis. I wrote thank you notes after the interview and followed up with them but they didn't return my calls or emails.

Customer Service Representative
I met with the manager of the division. We reviewed my past experience, the types of policies I knew, and how I'd handle a tough situation. We also talked about my expectations, my experience with commercial insurance, if I was open to relocating, and my adaptability to change.
