Claims Adjuster
I got put on a zoom call with three other people. Only one person had their camera on. One of the interviewers with no camera didn't mute herself and was typing loudly the whole time. The third person jumped on and off the call twice. It was pretty clear they weren't taking it seriously. Some of the interview questions didn't make sense.
- Tell me about a claim you settled that you felt proud of.
Claims Adjuster
Applied through an agency. The interview felt like it had two main parts, one focusing on soft skills and the other on technical skills. It ran for about an hour and a half. There was a segment that assessed my time management and logic, followed by a rapid-fire Q&A to gauge my technical abilities.
- How would you handle clearing two days of workload within one day, assuming you couldn't just work longer hours?
Claims Adjuster
The process was very efficient. The interviewers were professional but made me feel comfortable. They gave a lot of detail about the account I'd be handling. The longest part was a pretty detailed test.
- What's your reason for leaving your current position?
