The process was straightforward and quick. I was trusted early on. The team had a good vibe, even though I wasn't there long (lots of temporary staff). I'd recommend my manager; she was young and friendly.

The HR interview went really well, so well that she rushed the next interview by introducing me to the manager. The manager barely looked at me, made a weird noise while looking at my CV. I felt discriminated against for the first time. I was overqualified for the role, but even though the HR person said she'd give me an answer in less than 24 hours, I heard nothing. After looking at the sales staff, I realized there was no diversity... not a great image in 2024.

You drop your CV in the store. Then, you have a quick phone call with HR. After that, they send you a 'mode test' by email that you have to complete before the in-person interview. You need to score at least 50% on this test, which has some pretty tough questions about fashion. Then there's the in-person interview with HR, and finally, you get the definitive answer.
