Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Galderma.
Marketing
The interview process involves 3 rounds. It starts with an online application, followed by an HR phone call. Then there's a video interview with the manager. The final stage includes a presentation to a panel and answering competency questions. I was told my travel would be reimbursed, but that was not true. This company seems to make false promises.
- How do you handle a difficult coworker?
Marketing
The contact in both conversations was very friendly. Very likeable and transparent - always had an open ear for questions. I wish other companies would take an example from this. The application process took a little longer due to vacation times, but I was regularly updated.
- Could you give a brief self-introduction?
- What is your motivation for changing your current role?
- Why have you chosen Galderma for your next career step?
Marketing
I started with a casual phone chat with the hiring manager who told me about the job and the company. After that, I went for an in-person interview which consisted of five short interviews with the Marketing & Brand Management Team, and also someone from the regulatory department.
- Can you elaborate on your experience as it relates to this specific role?
