Key Account Manager
The process included 4 interview rounds, including a final interview at the HQ with different stakeholders but no business case. After the last round, I did not receive any feedback for more than two months, even after following up. Overall, communication was very slow and lacked transparency.
- Tell me about your experience handling pressure.
National Account Manager
HR called me first to see if my salary expectations and location matched what they were looking for. Then, I had a quick interview with the hiring manager. It wasn't long before I found out I passed and got the final in-person interview, which was a good experience and went fast. But after the final interview, I didn't hear back, even though my presentation went well and the hiring manager said I'd hear back in a week. I followed up with HR for a few weeks, but they never replied, basically ghosting me. It was really disappointing and felt like they didn't respect my time and effort in traveling and preparing the presentation.
- Can you explain how you handle account management?
Account Manager
So first I had HR, then I met with the territory manager, then the district manager, and then did a field ride. I only got this far in the process.
- Can you provide an overview of your resume?
