The interview process consisted of 3 telephonic rounds. I received an offer but decided not to join due to the organization's lack of professionalism. The HR department was unhelpful and didn't communicate details on time. Senior management was also disappointing, as they didn't adhere to the salaries they initially mentioned. Overall, the experience felt irresponsible.
