The recruiter was quick to respond, making for a generally positive experience. The interview process included two technical rounds, each lasting an hour, and a 30-minute managerial round. All interviews were scheduled on weekdays.

The interview process felt kinda messy and not very professional. The first interview went okay, but the recruiter didn't have their camera on. I emailed them after, and the reply had a bunch of typos. They scheduled me for a second interview really fast, which was supposed to be with three people, but only one showed up, and again, no camera. The talk went well though, and they said I'd be a good fit. I sent a thank you email after, and they responded positively. About a week later, I checked the portal and saw my status changed to 'rejected' with a generic message. Even though they said they'd let me know, I never got any direct message about the decision.

I saw a job post and applied online. They scheduled an initial call with someone from their hiring team. During the video call, she had technical difficulties and couldn't turn on her camera. She mainly asked for basic details, like my introduction and what my salary expectations were. She mentioned their pay was below average. She said she'd respond within a week, but I never heard back. Months later, I reapplied for the same role, and the same thing happened again. They ghosted me. The position is still open, which makes it seem like they're ignoring applicants. It's frustrating because it feels like a waste of time if they're not serious about hiring.
