Behavioral Presentation

I wanted to share my thoughts on my interview. It was a bit off when they wanted us to have cameras on but they didn't. We should all be visible to make it more human and transparent. Also, I'd like interviewers to be more respectful and collaborative. It's a two-way street, we're checking them out too. Professionalism matters. It would be helpful if they sent the JD beforehand so we could prepare better. We take time off for these, and knowing the role makes it more meaningful. I've always liked Gainwell and their healthcare tech work. But experiences like this can shape how people see the company. Hope management can set some clear interview rules that show Gainwell's values.

It was pretty straightforward, and they hit me with a mix of questions about the role and my background. They wanted to know my strengths and weaknesses, my reasons for looking for a new job, and why I thought I was the best fit for the position.

Behavioral Technical

The process started with a 30-minute HR phone screen, which was pretty basic and mainly confirmed my application details and asked about my experience. After that, I had what I think was the last step: an hour-long interview with the hiring manager and some team members. They asked a lot of 'tell me about a time when...' questions and a few about specific Lean Six Sigma terms. There was also a brainteaser about finding a heavier ball out of nine using a scale twice.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Suppose you have 9 metal spheres, all identical in weight except for one that is heavier. Using a two-sided scale, how can you identify the heavier sphere in just two weighings?
