Technical Coding

The interview process included three technical/managerial rounds. The first two rounds were good with friendly interviewers and average difficulty. However, the third round was a terrible experience. The interviewer missed the first scheduled meeting, which had to be rescheduled. During the second attempt, after a 30-minute wait, the interviewer joined while talking with her family. She seemed unaware of my role, mistaking me for a trainee and asking if I was interviewing for a backend developer position, indicating a lack of preparation and failure to review my CV. She didn't seem to have prepared questions and asked irrelevant ones, focusing only on the internal workings of JAVA. Despite these issues, I answered her questions and completed the programming task she assigned. The interviewer was unclear in her questioning, often silent, and abruptly moved to new questions, suggesting she wasn't fully listening to my responses. She also mispronounced my name throughout the meeting. This level of carelessness was unexpected from a reputed organization.
