I had a short call with the recruiter, and then the first interview was with the hiring manager. The recruiter made it very difficult to schedule, and the interview itself was also very poor. In the end, I got no feedback and just a standard rejection email. The whole process was bad and showed a lack of respect. I don't recommend this company, you can expect similar quality if you get hired.

Applied via referral, application went unnoticed by the recruiter for a month. First round was a blind video interview where I couldn't see the panel. Then, I had a face-to-face interview at their Hyderabad office with peers in two back-to-back rounds. They said they'd update me, but it's been over a month with no response, even after a follow-up. I assume I didn't proceed. It's frustrating that they didn't inform me about not moving forward, showing a lack of basic courtesy and weakness in local Product & HR leadership. I felt disregarded, as if they found me useless. I wish they had the courage to inform candidates of rejection. This experience makes me not want to apply again due to their insensitivity and arrogance.

The interviewers seemed underqualified and didn't really get product management; we spent half the time explaining concepts. The recruiters were also terrible, with zero communication about my status.
