The hiring process was quick and professional. I had two phone interviews, one with the recruiter from the home office and another with the regional manager who had the open position. After that, I was flown out for an in-person interview with the regional manager and the VP. Everyone I met throughout the process was really nice and easy to talk to. They asked me about my skills and background, explained the role and a bit about the company, and we discussed what's expected in the job. Even though I interviewed with other companies, I was so impressed by this company, the people there, and how quickly they followed up, I knew this was where I wanted to be for the long haul.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process began with a prescreen interview, followed by three lengthy interviews that summed up to over five hours. These interviews were formal, professional, and very in-depth. It's amazing they conducted this for multiple candidates. While I was impressed with everyone I met, it was disappointing that they required over five hours of interviews and didn't even call to let me know the job was offered to someone else. I had to reach out to them.

The interview process was very straightforward and transparent. I felt very comfortable asking Sara (recruiter) and Scott and Glenn (hiring managers) any questions I had and they gave me direct answers. Doing your homework can make the interview process very comfortable.
