I went through a round of 10 short interviews on site covering disciplines, design, and financial management roles. My most recent project engineering role allowed me the opportunity to work firsthand to scope and deliver dynamic project solutions, while learning the art of financial, time, and personnel management. With two summers of field experience at the same facility, I have demonstrated my work dedication. The interview process included situational questions. While formal attire was suggested, the interview itself felt more relaxed and enjoyable. They seemed really interested in getting to know me and seeing if I'd be a good cultural fit with the team's vibe. Everyone was super friendly and supportive throughout.
