Project Engineer
I went through a round of 10 short interviews on site covering disciplines, design, and financial management roles. My most recent project engineering role allowed me the opportunity to work firsthand to scope and deliver dynamic project solutions, while learning the art of financial, time, and personnel management. With two summers of field experience at the same facility, I have demonstrated my work dedication. Having received more responsibilities upon returning the second summer, I believe this speaks for my work ethic and drive to advance. I have also found

The interview process included situational questions. While formal attire was suggested, the interview itself felt more relaxed and enjoyable. They seemed really interested in getting to know me and seeing if I'd be a good cultural fit with the team's vibe. Everyone was super friendly and supportive throughout.

Engineering Co-Op
I met them at my college's career fair and they invited me for an interview the next day. The interview was mainly behavioral. There are two rounds in total, and I'm waiting to find out if I'll advance to the next one.
