I was contacted by the company. I felt my qualifications were strong without any fluff. There were 2 in-person interviews, but no follow-up from the manager or HR. The whole process dragged on for 4 months, and I only found out I didn't get an offer after I called HR. It was a pretty bad experience from my side, made me feel like they don't value candidates' time or engagement. It's frustrating to hear G5 complain about not finding people when they probably turn away more great candidates than most companies see all year just because they don't fit a certain mold. I was surprised by the lack of professionalism, given their reputation. Just a reminder G5, you're still a small company in a small town.

The hiring process wasn't very clear, but it wasn't too long. They sent a really big test assignment after just a quick email exchange with the hiring manager, who seemed too busy for even a short intro call. The job conditions aren't that great either.
